How to Wash Me?
How to Wash Me?
For stubborn stains, do not soak me. Instead, use Sard Wonder Soap – simply wet the stain in cold water, rub Sard on the stain, agitate and rinse thoroughly. Some laundry powders contain brighteners which can bleach and cause holes.
Use Earthwise Wool and Delicates Wash or other approved wool detergents – be careful not to pour directly onto me as this can cause me to stain and discolour. Instead dilute your washing detergent before putting it into your washing machine.
I love being washed gently by hand in cold water. Not too warm or hot, it will cause me to shrink and felt! Some machines have a delicate or wool wash cycle that can be used to help keep me safe.
