Since day one, Dimples has demanded the highest quality fabrics. We source natural fabrics that are soft, hardwearing and gentle on delicate baby skin. Our fabrics of choice are premium merino and organic cotton, which we craft into a wide range of baby clothing, blankets and accessories.

Dispatch is usually within 1-3 business days of placing an order.
If your delivery address is in New Zealand, your order should arrive within 2-5 working days. Bulky items and rural addresses can take a bit longer.
Shipment times vary, but we will send you a tracking number so you know where things are at.
Allow up to 5 business days for orders to be dispatched during sale periods

Every Dimples-branded product is made with love and care. We use quality materials, have high manufacturing standards, and hand-embroider every garment. We hope you will be delighted when your products arrive.
However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can give you a store credit or exchange most items*.
Make sure:
- You have proof of purchase
- The product was purchased in the last 14 days
- The product is in original condition, with original packaging and labels
- The product has not been washed, worn, or used
You will need to return products at your own expense if you change your mind, but we will refund or credit postage if the product is faulty.
We will only accept returns that were originally purchased from www.dimples.co.nz or one of our Dimples Stores. Receipt must be provided.
*Before you buy, check the exceptions for a list of items that can’t be refunded or exchanged, and choose carefully.
