Perineal Wash Bottle
Fill the bottle with cool or lukewarm water. For more soothing relief, add our all-natural Sitz Bath Salts to the water.
Extend the nozzle firmly and screw the cap on securely. Invert the bottle and aim the tip towards the affected area.
Gently squeeze the bottle to start spraying water. Pat dry if needed.
Do not use hot water and always test temperature before use.
Sitz Bath Salts
Pour three capfuls (20g) into 1.5L of lukewarm water.
Once dissolved, gently sit in the solution for 10-20 minutes.
Use once daily or as desired. A single jar is designed to last one week.
