Tencel® moisture management function is unique as it fully absorbs moisture in a natural, regular way and then releases it.
Based on superior moisture transmission, moisture is quickly absorbed into the interior of the fiber, and a moisture film supporting bacterial growth cannot be formed on the fibers surface making it more hygienic.
Skin Friendly - The smooth fabric surface gives the skin a silky feeling, making it safe and soft for babies.
Tencel® is a branded lyocell fibre that comes from the pulp of trees which is dissolved in a non-toxic organic solvent. The solution is extruded through fine holes to produce fiber and the solvent is recycled in a closed-loop process - more than 99% of the solvent is recovered and reused. We ensure that the fabric processing of Tencel® lyocell fiber does not utilize any harmful chemicals (like formaldehyde) sometimes used to finish this type of fabric.
