Dimples Price Matching

If we see another retailer selling the same item for less, we’ll generally match the price so you get the best deal possible.

If you do find the same item on sale elsewhere for a lower price, you can always ask us to price match.

Conditions:

• We will need proof of the competitor’s lower price. eg competitor’s mailer, link to their website
• The item being matched to must be exactly the same (make, model & colour)
• It must be available and in stock at Dimples as well as the competitor
• Delivery charges will be factored in, where applicable, to compare the total cost, including shipping.
• Price matching is available only to New Zealand websites and retailers. Exclusions include auction sites, stock liquidation and clearance sites, and direct from the supplier sales.
• Cashback offers, coupons, or gift cards offered by competitors are excluded from the price comparison.
• Price matching is at our discretion, and in some cases, we may decline a request.

When we price match, this can’t be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers and the purchase is not eligible for any rewards points.

Items marked online with a “Price Match” sticker have already been discounted to match a lower price elsewhere. We cannot guarantee how long these items will be at the lower price. This can change daily.
