Safety standard approved - BabyBliss bassinets with the Aircel hammocks, have passed the stringent testing to both British and European safety standards so you can be assured you are buying the best quality bassinet and now one that meets international standards. NZ and Australia do not currently have any safety standards for baby bassinets.
Solid timber- Babybliss bassinets are designed and manufactured in New Zealand. They are made from solid Southland Beech wood timber - not pine! The bassinet has been designed to be light weight (weighs only 7kg) and yet is very sturdy. The parts are all hand crafted and hand sanded to give a smooth quality finish.
No Tools required- the bassinet is put together by a knob and thread system and so does not require any tools and is a one person job. The bassinet is fully transportable and can be stored away in the Babybliss storage bag. Large size hammock - The hammock is made from all natural materials and is a large size so will last your baby up to 6 months of age or until they can push up on their hand and knees or reach to maximum weight of 10kg (22 pounds). The Aircell cotton has a crochet weave which allows for maximum air circulation and has a soft finish that is comfortable for your baby. Aircell cotton allows excess heat and body moisture to dissipate keeping the baby at an even temperature.
