Dimples by Jane Anne offers a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee on all products sold at dimples.co.nz.

Dimples products are designed and produced with great care and attention to detail. We hope you will be delighted with them.

If, on receipt of a Dimples by Jane Anne product, you are not completely satisfied, please return them unused within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

Goods are returned to Dimples at your expense, however if products are faulty, we will refund or credit the cost of the return postage.

Delivery

We take great care in bringing you special and unique products. In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it becomes available. Your order will be shipped within five working days of receipt.

Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Shipping - New Zealand and Australia
If the postal address is in New Zealand or Australia, from time of shipping, your order should arrive within five to ten business days (due to our garments being hand embroidered). All orders are posted via New Zealand postal service, and can be delivered to rural addresses and P.O. Boxes.

Shipping - International
International orders may take up to 15 business days (due to our garments being hand embroidered) via New Zealand postal service. (Note: shipping times may vary seasonally).

Returns policy

Dimples by Jane Anne offers a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee on all products sold at dimples.co.nz.

If, on receipt of Dimples by Jane Anne product, you are not completely satisfied, goods may be returned for an exchange or full refund with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Please email your details to info@dimples.co.nz. Goods must be in unused, unwashed condition in original packaging with labels still attached. We ask that you select your Dimples garments carefully and check sizing before ordering. We have a non-refundable policy on all hardware such as car seats, prams/strollers and nursery furniture. With the exception of faulty goods we cannot refund postage and packaging. We strive to provide you with the highest quality merchandise, please call us if you require advice.

We do not share personal details about any of our customers with any third party. When you place an order with Dimples online store, we collect your personal details including your name, mailing address, e-mail address and phone number. With your permission, we use your e-mail address to send you information on Dimples new products, sales, and the latest Dimples news. This information is used solely by Dimples, and will not be sold to, or shared with, any third party. If you would like to change or remove your personal details from our mailing list, please contact us.
